Timing chain kits for aftermarket applications added to Gates range
Gates, a leading global provider of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions, is launching Timing Chain Kits into the aftermarket.
From this quarter, independent distributors will be able to supply OE quality timing solutions from Gates for all types of drive systems for the first time.
An initial range of 51 SKUs has been developed for applications with an existing demand for replacement parts. It includes models driven by internal combustion engines and modern hybrid vehicles from manufacturers including BMW Mini, Citroen /Peugeot, DS/Fiat, Opel/Vauxhall, Renault/Nissan and VW/Audi/SEAT.
Subsequent extensions expand the availability of references for modern hybrids.
