NAPA partners automotive YouTuber to launch new repair series video
NAPA UK and Ireland has partnered with automotive content creator Shifting Metal, led by host Joe Betty, to launch a new video series featuring the restoration and repair of a repossessed 2018 Mercedes A- Class.
Shifting Metal, a YouTube channel with over 129,000 subscribers along with a growing presence on Instagram and TikTok, offers engaging automotive content focused on vehicle repairs and modifications.
In this new video, Betty takes on the challenge of reviving a “non-runner” Mercedes purchased at auction, a car with slashed tyres and no keys, working to get it back on the road and ready for sale.
NAPA sponsored the first video in the series, supplying a comprehensive range of parts and consumables to support the repair journey. Products provided include front and rear braking components (pads, discs, calipers), braking accessories and maintenance items, filters for cabin, fuel, oil, and air, engine oil, battery, headlight bulbs, screen wash, coolant, and various diesel maintenance products such as AdBlue.
NAPA said this partnership highlights its “commitment to supporting automotive enthusiasts and professionals alike, providing quality parts and expertise to empower vehicle restoration and maintenance efforts”.
