Nissens introduces two more turbocharger technical videos

As well as manufacturing premium quality aftermarket components, Nissens Automotive (Nissens) is also renowned for its technical support, which it provides free of charge and is delivered in several alternative formats, including through workshop based videos.

Endorsing this fact and to supplement its growing range of replacement turbochargers, Nissens has now introduced two more helpful videos to allow technicians to effectively diagnose issues and efficiently install a new unit – one covers electrically activated turbos and the other, turbos with an electronic position sensor.

Although each video includes common topics such as troubleshooting, best practice, technical bulletin, learning and warranty terms, they both also naturally vary when it comes to addressing their specific details, whether that’s considering the condition of the electrical connections of the electrically activated turbo, or the vacuum testing requirements of the turbo with the electronic position sensor, as examples.

As well as appearing on the Nissens YouTube channel, both of these new videos are also available via the Nissens Experts portal, where workshops already fitting Nissens parts will be familiar with the wide ranging additional technical support the company provides, one of the many benefits that helps make ‘the difference’ for those in partnership with the aftermarket focused business.

In summary, the Nissens Experts portal provides aftermarket professionals with a broad spectrum of technical information, from training modules and videos, to best practice procedures and product information, which are all designed to help them deliver a better service to their customers, and make their life easier as they undertake their daily work.

Naturally, in common with the rest of the products in the Nissens range, all of its replacement turbos are characterised by excellent product quality to allow them to conform to the company’s Genuine Nissens Quality standards. These benchmarks include undergoing a wide variety of tests, carried out both internally and externally, and incorporate many design and material improvements that contribute to their high performance and overall durability.

A further benefit for workshops committed to completing a full and thorough repair, comes in the form of the company’s ‘First Fit’ concept, which, in common with every component in the Nissens range, means that whenever extra parts are needed for a turbo’s correct installation, for example, these are automatically included in the box, making them easy to install, as well as saving professional installers time and effort in the process.
