- Excessive grease on splines
- Loss of grease on release bearing
Help:
- Renew clutch disc
- Renew release bearing
Problem: Facing contaminated with oil
Causes:
- Oil seals defective
Help:
- Renew oil seals and replace driven plate
Problem: Damaged gearbox snout
Causes:
- Incorrect lubricant used
- Wrong combination of components
Help:
- Renew the snout and use correct grade of lubricant
- Use components as recommended
