• How to localise fault finding and gather  the correct information
• Creating , understanding  and  applying a fault finding structure
• Conclusion & review – Diagnostic path taken , cause and repair

To achieve our objective:
During  this process each participant will be monitored and assisted to achieve good structure to their fault finding, they will also be assisted in carrying out and achieving correct testing methods
